Brexit and Brits in Valencia

The fourth episode about buying Valencia Property is about Brexit and Brits and includes our first set of listener questions. In this episode we talk about how the situation has changed for Brits, what this has meant in the property market and how Brits are affected in terms of requirements for visas. We also have a section about deluded Brits, those who don't realise or won't admit that the situation has changed for them.

It was written two years ago now so add another 20% onto those costs as both materials and labour have gone up in price and add a couple of weeks onto timings as supply chain issues mean some materials are difficult to source at the moment.
