It was written two years ago now so add another 20% onto those costs as both materials and labour have gone up in price and add a couple of weeks onto timings as supply chain issues mean some materials are difficult to source at the moment.

It's an open secret that we like townhouses for the convenience, the fast internet connection, the closeness of facilities and more. However many of them require extensive modernisation which can be costly especially if you are intending to maintain that classic Spanish look. This townhouse near Gandia and Oliva ticks a lot of boxes for us so despite being out of our immediate area we thought it needed a listing.
